- Manage assigned customer accounts and develop new business opportunities to generate sales revenue. - Hunt for new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Arrange customer visits, present ocean freight services, and identify customer needs. - Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate rate/pricing support with related teams. - Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Ocean Customs Clearance, overseas branches, and other related teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Follow up on sales activities, customer requirements, and shipment opportunities. - Monitor customer satisfaction and provide professional support to customers.
