Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
- Minimum 2 years of BPO Team Lead experience handling a team of at least 15 CSRs.
- Preference: Claims Adjudication experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the process, promptly addressing challenges and driving continuous improvements for efficiency.
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback to empower team members and enhance performance.
- Support new hires with thorough training for quick integration and productivity.
- Handle escalations professionally to maintain positive client and team relationships.
- Offer insights on process and system improvements to promote best practices and efficiency.
- Confidently engage in supervisor-level client interactions, addressing needs to strengthen partnerships.
