A) Ripening Chamber Operations 
1) Manage unloading operations properly 

2) Pre-cooling fruits properly with desire pulp temperature 

3) Ripening as per sale requirement 


B) Coordination with other departments 

1) Coordination with sales department and take weekly indent and supply 

2) Coordination with production team for production planning 

3) Raise requirement properly 


C) Quality and Dispatches 

1) Manage to supply to the different vendor as per their specification 

2) Control on wastages 

3) Responsible for timely dispatch 


D) MIS and reports 

1) Coordinate with sales team for proper invoice 

2) Complete all production orders on daily basis 

3) Complete all SAP work on daily basis 



E) SAP 

1) Inward of inventory –GRN 

2) Quality sampling
