APSN, established in 1976, is a social service agency in Singapore that provides special education and support for persons with mild intellectual disability. It operates four Special Education Schools for students aged 7 to 21, a Student Care Centre for children aged 7 to 18, and a Centre for Adults for individuals aged 16 and above, serving over 1,200 beneficiaries annually.
