The Assistant Manager, People & Culture is a key member of Hegen's People & Workplace Experience (PWE) team, supporting the delivery of people initiatives that strengthen employee experience, workforce effectiveness and organisational growth.
Working closely with the department head, this role combines workforce analytics, payroll and people operations, employee engagement, talent programmes and employer branding. The successful candidate enjoys working with both people and data and is energised by translating insights into practical actions that improve employee experience, strengthen organisational effectiveness and support business priorities.
This is a broad and hands-on role suited for a HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of outcomes and enjoys balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement.
