Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in driving human capital strategies, HRMS initiatives, workforce analytics, compliance, and governance programs to support organizational objectives, enhance data‑driven decision‑making, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement in human capital management and governance excellence.
