Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute all prototype build activities in the Proto Shop. Ensure timely assembly, rework, and readiness of prototype vehicles for design validation, testing, and customer trials while maintaining quality, safety, and documentation standards.
1-Prototype Build & Assembly Assemble prototype vehicles, aggregates, and subsystems as per engineering drawings, BOM, SOPs, and build plans. Handle mechanical, electrical, and fitment activities including routing, torquing, and leak checks. Execute rework, retrofits, and design upgrades based on ECR/ECO during the development cycle.
SAP MM Module for comprehensive material management and effective inventory control.
Microsoft Office and its various essential and widely used productivity applications.
