About the Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join the resort’s Pool Services team.
Responsibilities - Assist in overseeing daily pool operations, including lifeguard and pool attendant scheduling, guest services, and cleanliness.
- Monitor water quality and coordinate with engineering for maintenance and repairs.
- Support the Aquatics Manager in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards of service and safety.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of pool supplies and assist with ordering and stock control.
- Ensure poolside amenities (towels, cabanas, loungers) are well‑maintained and presented.
- Assist in organizing poolside events and special services.
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
