Job Description: As an Assistant Manager within the Property team, you will act as the core analytical engine driving the data governance, data tracking, and commercial intelligence of SingPost’s property portfolio. This role bridges the gap between daily real estate operations and strategic asset optimization. While ensuring the meticulous execution of our contract lifecycles, billing administration, and lease governance, you will actively transform portfolio data into actionable financial insights, trend analyses, and predictive reports to support executive decision-making.

• Administer and process end-to-end lease documentation (Letters of Offer, Lease Agreements, approval documents, and statutory stamp duties) for new sign-ups and portfolio renewals.
