Manage in-store screens, staff profiles, discounts, access controls, store hours, key-holder records, and act as first POC for tech, maintenance, and customer issues; manage ticketing system for timely resolution
Oversee store communications, SOPs, and process documents and coordinate initiatives, events, travel, and recognition programmes to drive improvements
Support FOH/BOH operations and ensure compliance with brand standards and manage store orders within budget
