Position Overview

The person must be able to assist the manager in managing the staff, assist with all store administrative duties such as opening and closing, filling reports for Head Office, processing transfers and receptions of merchandise. Have full knowledge of processing payroll and schedules in case of manager absence. Know and respect all procedures related to the Lacoste boutique management in order to reach maximum productivity.

Leadership Abilities

Can assist the manager and be able to manage a team to reach goals to support the strategic direction of the business.

Developmental and Training Skills

The assisted ability to recognize and recruit talent, delegate responsibility, and work with staff and coach to help them grow co-in siding with Manager. Able to motivate staff and provide helpful, behaviorally specific feedback.
