To ensure smooth office operations and act as the main point of contact for the assigned Nestle sites. Oversee company procedures and day‑to‑day facility operation by managing suppliers. Support Nestle values by implementing office guidelines, green initiatives and providing regular feedback on the facility management companies performance. Get involved in related real estate transactions and capital projects if necessary (e.g., moves, refurbishment) and coordinate activities on site level. Keep track of general consumables (e.g., cleaning and hygiene, pantry, stationery) and related administrative tasks such as PR PO GR creation. Ensure that pre‑defined financial targets are met and participate in budget forecasting exercises.
