Key Responsibilities - Optimizing building/portfolio occupancy and revenue through implementation of relevant strategies to meet financial targets
- Active building of relationships with new and existing tenants as well as with other agencies and landlords
- Collaborating with other team members from lease admin, property management, finance and marketing to ensure smooth operations, elevating tenants’ satisfaction
- Track, analyse and report asset performance metrics including (but not limited to) rents, occupancy, operating costs, NPI margins and yields
- Propose, recommend and oversee CAPEX (capital expenditure) initiatives, including asset enhancement initiatives and other improvement works where required
