Position Overview

Key Responsibilities Monthly
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with SFRS, IFRS, and Group Accounting Policies.
  • Manage month‑end closing activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Perform and monitor variance analysis.
  • Review work performed by outsourced vendors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Ensure accounts receivable and payments are properly supported with adequate documentation and comply with SOPs and Financial Authority Limits.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained.
Quarterly/Biannually/Annually
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
  • Support biannual forecasting and budgeting exercises, including preparation of templates.
