You be the key point of Membership & Personalization team (CRM)  to unlock CRM program to drive captivating between consumer and brand in order to impact consumer LTV not by just daily operation but also driving strategic CRM pilots and initiatives! Core Responsibilities：

• Be responsible for LEGO Membership Mechanics and benefits, mainly including LEGO Membership Loyalty Program and benefits
• Take the lead role as brand Membership mechanics and benefits work closely with cross function team from planning to execution on LEGO Membership Loyalty Program.
