The Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach supports all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division II men’s soccer program while contributing to the holistic development of student-athletes in alignment with Newman University’s mission and Catholic identity. This part-time, 10-month, exempt position plays a key role in coaching, recruiting, student success, and program operations.

What You’ll Do

+ Support daily operations of the men’s soccer program, including planning and leading practices, developing game strategies, and assisting with game-day execution

+ Recruit, retain, and mentor student-athletes, ensuring both athletic and academic success and timely degree progression

+ Provide instruction in technical skills, physical conditioning, and team concepts while promoting player safety and development
