WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Supporting the team in daily activities
 Scheduling and preparing meetings
 Event and travel management assisting in organizing conferences, business trips and internal events)
 Supporting sales data analysis and updating databases
 Support preparing presentations, statistics, and reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification
 First professional experience of advantage
 Safe command of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce knowledge of advantage
 Independent and proactive working style
 High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
 Problem solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment
 Fluent in English and Japanese
