About the Role

Do you have what it takes to ensure De Vere Beaumont Estate runs smoothly during the night shift? De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager to oversee the nightly hotel operation, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, and maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Look after guests and the hotel between 10:30 pm and 7 am, 5 nights out of 7 each week.
• Complete the night audit and manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs as required.
• Perform hotel walk‑arounds throughout the night to ensure security and safety.
• Handle any issues or complaints occurring overnight.
• Work in shift with at least one other member of the nights team; events team members often remain on site until early morning during weddings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience working night hours and suitability to that lifestyle.
