Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centred nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse within the Ortho / Sports Medicine Clinic.
• Assists with assessing, intervening, and evaluating patient health and functional status.
• Supports patients with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Monitors and reports changes in the health and functional status of patients to the Registered Nurse.
• Maintains ongoing communication with the healthcare team regarding patient care.
