We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Operations to lead and manage 24/7 production support

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production support operations (24/7)


• Lead shift-based teams and ensure SLA adherence


• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes


• Ensure system uptime, stability, and quick resolution of critical issues


• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams


• Monitor KPIs, conduct RCA, and implement preventive measures
