Overall Purpose of Role Manage a team of engineers and workers in clients’ bases to meet maintenance contract requirements.
Responsibilities - Plan and organize tasks to execute Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and arising corrective maintenance (CM) task
- Ensure work tasks carried out on time to minimize downtime to meet contractual performance indicators
- Ensure work tasks are carried out in safe manner and manage risk
- Manage the well-being of the team to support day-to-day operations
- Training of the team to ensure team competency to carry out required task
- Manage spares and materials used in performing the PMS and CM task
- Liaise with customers on day-to-day issues and provide customer support service
