Minimum requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience within the logistics industry
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of approximately 10–15 employees
- Valid Code 14 driver’s licence with a valid PDP
- Experience operating machinery and/or cranes
- Must reside in the Stellenbosch area or within a reasonable commuting distance
- Previous experience within the agricultural sector will be advantageous; alternatively, a genuine interest in nature, trees, conservation, and the outdoors
- Own reliable transport is essential
