JOB SUMMARY
The Payroll Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. This role manages payroll operations, validates payroll data, oversees timekeeping governance, strengthens payroll controls, and drives continuous process improvements.
Working closely with Finance, HR, and Operations, the Payroll Assistant Manager ensures payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee payroll experience while supporting the organization's growth and operational excellence.
