Position Overview

            Salary  up to $3000 
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm 
Location: Kallang 
 Job Description  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues. 
Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction. 
Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status. 
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets 
Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
