About the Role

The Assistant Property Manager will support the operation of buildings and management of the portfolio on behalf of our client. Reporting to the Alliance Director and working closely with the client’s property lead, you will assist with the management of both the ATM and car park portfolios across New Zealand, including approximately 180 ATMs and associated car park sites, to help ensure a consistent and high level of service delivery. This is an excellent junior‑level opportunity, ideal for an enthusiastic graduate or someone early in their property career, combining day‑to‑day portfolio administration, lease management, database accuracy and account management with support and coordination of team activities.
