Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes via Amer, Tasheel, and GDRFA portals.
• Coordinate employee medical examinations, Emirates ID biometrics, and health insurance registration renewals.
• Actively track and expedite onboarding timeline for a high volume of delivery bike riders to ensure road‑readiness without delays.
• Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of employee passports, visas, labor contracts, and corporate licenses.
• Stay up to date with the latest UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government fees.
• Assist in visiting government departments when physical submissions or troubleshooting are required.
