Job Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day production processing, including thermal treatment, chemical leaching, milling, blending processes.
Oversee and coordinate activities across production, engineering, logistics, and chemical leaching teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production output, recovery yields, and process efficiency to meet operational targets.
Ensure materials are handled, processed, and stored in accordance with approved SOPs and work instructions.
Support troubleshooting of process deviations and operational issues.
