About the role

You'll support the Production Manager with all maintenance activities including urgent defects on our contracted defence platforms.

You will be responsible for the performance of the Subcontractors and provide leadership to the Subcontractor Coordinators. 

Importantly you'll initiate improvements in processes ensuring quality assurance for production. 

Reporting to the Production Manager this fixed term position, with the possibility of permanency, will require working from the iconic Australian Marine Complex based in Henderson, and on Garden Island, WA.

You will be an experienced maintenance management professional with professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management experience and the ability to build and retain a highly motivated and technical team.
