POSITION DESCRIPTION: A faculty member for the Physician Assistant (PA) Program has general program responsibilities as assigned and delegated by the Program Director or his/her designee to assist principally with the coordination and development of this academic program, as well as within the College of Health Sciences. These responsibilities generally include teaching and course/curriculum development; competent, formal classroom instruction; course evaluation and revision; student testing and evaluation; identification of education/learning objectives, competencies and outcomes; serving as a student preceptor; assisting with the student admission process; assisting with the development of the clinical education program; assisting in the preparation of the annual program self-study; assisting with the preparation and submission of program accreditation documents; active service on program, college and university committees, as appointed; assisting with student orientation and stud...
