Job Title: Assistant Professor
(Specializations: Human Resource Management, Business Analytics–Operations)

Role & Responsibilities
Teaching core and elective courses across MBA programmes.
Academic advising, mentoring, and supervision of student research, live projects, capstone projects, internships, and industry-linked assignments.
Design and implementation of experiential, case-based, and tool-driven pedagogy , including lab-based learning for Analytics / Operations courses.
Contribution to curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and assurance of learning metrics in line with accreditation and ranking requirements.
Active engagement in research, publications, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) aligned with career advancement norms.
Support for accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance processes.
