RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize training sessions by preparing session plans, instructional materials, training activity matrix, institutional assessment tools, and competency‑based learning materials; and organize training resources such as workshops, supplies, equipment, tools and facilities.
• Deliver competency‑based training:
  • Conduct pre‑assessment of trainees.
  • Facilitate training sessions following the approved session plan and training activity matrix.
  • Monitor trainee progress by checking work projects and administering institutional assessments.
  • Analyze assessment results and record trainee performance in Learners Record Book, Achievement Chart and Progress Chart.
