Job Description

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic academic with experience of teaching Actuarial Science programme. The role holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for assigned courses during the appointed semester. The academic is expected to prepare teaching materials, conduct classes, assess student performance, and fulfil academic responsibilities associated with the assigned courses.

Programmes will be delivered in English and so fluency in English is essential. An induction programme will be delivered to all new academic staff on Heriot-Watt's standards and values, and to give practical experience on preparation, delivery and assessment of teaching.
