New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin on September 1, 2026. The appointed faculty member will be a member of the Department of Physical Therapy.

The position is in the Department of Physical Therapy with a mission to provide innovative physical therapy education that assures currency with the changing health-care environment. Our program offerings include: 1) Entry-level doctor of physical therapy (DPT) degree, 2) DPT for practicing physical therapists, and, 3) research-intensive PhD.
