Position Overview

  • This shift is 40 hours per week (Sunday - Thursday 1p-9p). Must be able to work flexible as needed .

  • The pay rate for this position is $23.50 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • One year’s experience working with people with developmental disabilities

  • Six months’ supervisory experience preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License required

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment road test and drive an agency vehicle

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide ongoing protective oversight to people living in the residence

  • 24/7 On-Call accessibility

  • Assist with scheduling, personnel-related issues, training of residential staff and other delegated ta

  • Provide assistance and instruction for each person in basic activities of daily living

  • Complete staff performance evaluations
