Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects adhere to established quality standards and meet regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Project Manager as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution. Frequently interfaces with upper level management and client personnel.
- Follows up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
- Monitors contractor performance pertaining to schedule and conformance to plans and specifications.
- Supports Project Manager in overseeing the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents as required. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
