(GTA) is in search of a driven and ambitious Construction Observation and Testing Assistant Project Manager (COT APM) to join our esteemed team in Newark, Delaware.  As a COT APM, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing Construction Field Technicians in the field, conducting critical observations and testing for special inspections during site work and building construction, and meticulously preparing final reports.
