Position Overview

                     Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
   
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
   
Job Type and Duration: Direct Hire
   
Pay range: $70,000 - $80,000      
   
   Key Responsibilities   
   
   Independently manage smaller projects or assigned scopes within larger projects, including scope, schedule, and budget tracking

   Execute buyout activities for assigned scopes, including soliciting quotes, negotiating routine vendor pricing, and issuing purchase orders

   Prepare and review submittals; coordinate technical content with the engineering team

   Draft RFIs and coordinate responses among the field, engineering, and design teams

   Price routine change orders and T&M tickets for Project Manager review

   Review labor and material costs weekly; assist the Project Manager with monthly forecasts and WIP reporting
