Assistant Project Manager & FM Support

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements, and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

About the Role

• Support the end‑to‑end delivery of projects across planning, design, construction, and occupancy phases
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project milestones
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Support FM‑related changes (e.g., churns / MAC projects) where required
• Take ownership of assigned tasks or workstreams
• Act as a key contact for day‑to‑day client communications
