Position Overview

            
Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Manager will play a critical role supporting the timely and successful delivery of projects in the Maryland, DC and Virginia area.

Responsibilities:

Takes initiative in managing information, establishing expectations and maintaining quality and cost effectiveness in the overall project

Prepare, maintain and organize documents, including contracts, scheduled, budgets, change orders, invoices and progress reports.

Solicits vendors for pricing; recommends contract awards

Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, identify and resolve issues or risks.

Spots business development opportunities; performs follow-up calls chasing bids; helps to negotiate and close deals

Handles multiple projects simultaneously at various stages and locations.
