Position Overview

            Benefits:  Basic salary up to $5500 (Project Manager) // $4000 (Assistant Project Manager) 
Sub con - Specialize on Plumbing & sanitary 
Office at north area; working location islandwide (Based at site) 
 Job Scope:  Manage the end-to-end execution of plumbing and sanitary installation projects, ensuring all works are completed on schedule. 
Coordinate site activities and supervise sub-contractor teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to project specifications. 
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on the ground immediately. 
Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and site supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow and project alignment. 
Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, PUB requirements, and safety standards.
