Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations 
Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets. 
Implement and control project budgetary plans, as well as to manage contractual matters fully. 
Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. 
Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met and ensure customer safety & quality specifications are consistently met. 
Co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters. 
Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements. 
Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client & regulatory requirements
