(Overall Purpose of Job) A self-motivated individual that can lead RR (Repairs & Redecoration)Department to overcome challenges and increase KPI. Major Duties & Responsibilities (A) Specific : Ensure the team submit monthly progress claims on time. Meet Project Director`s expectations. Support sales team on tendering and contract sharing. Build and maintain good relationship with key customers and suppliers. Check and approve all purchase orders. Assist Contract Department for final accounts and management of retention monies. Manage material and labour costs. (B) General : Plan career progression for subordinates. Other duties as assigned. (C) Safety: Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place. Job Requirements (A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training : GCE 'O' Level Certification.
