We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team!

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property management or leasing experience , a background in affordable housing , and strong proficiency in ResMan software.

This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service for both residents and prospects.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.


• Communicate effectively with residents and prospects.
