Whatyou’lldo:

The Assistant General Managerworks alongsidethe General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the resort. This position acts as the liaison betweenguests and residentsand the General Manager to answer questions and resolve maintenance and tenant issues.

Your job will include:

Greet prospective customersand show them the resort,sites or homes, and amenities.

Executeagreementswith new and returningguests/residents and ensure that all parties understand the terms and conditions of their contracts.

Respond to questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct site inspections and manage guest violations
