Position Overview

            Core responsibilities  Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities 
Responsible for timely and completeness of taking off measurement 
Implement and maintain the Company's Integrated Management System 
Conduct contract negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved 
Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to building contract law 
Responsible for cost control & planning and procurement advice 
Preparation of payment certificates 
Review the subcontractor's quotation for completeness and prepare comparison for Director's approval 
Assist to prepare project budget including monitoring on regular basis 
Prepare quotations and progress claims to clients 
Prepare work orders and claims to sub-contractors 
Prepare tender/quotation reports
