Assistant Resident Engineer – Parsons – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an Assistant Resident Engineer to join our construction supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the delivery of key civil infrastructure works, including pedestrian bridges, roadworks, utilities, parking areas and ramps.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Engineer with daily field engineering and supervision, including constructability reviews and monitoring work in progress.
• Review drawings and specifications for revision compliance; coordinate with design disciplines to ensure compliant execution.
• Provide first‑level QA by reviewing contractor submittals, verifying compliance with plans, specifications, standards and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure required tests and inspections are carried out, witnessed, documented and supervise inspection staff as required.
