Full Time Permanent Manager Position1; Location: Toronto, ON. Salary: $65,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year.

Purpose

The Assistant Residential Property Manager, reporting to a Sr. Property Manager, Regional Manager or Director of Operations, will manage a portfolio of 500-700 residential units, ensuring efficient operations, high quality customer service, safety, and compliance.
