Rate of Pay / Hours: £31,500 plus Tronc, 45 hours.

You will:

Have experience of working within a fast-paced F&B operation.

Experience running functions, meetings, private dining and drinks receptions.

Strong restaurant experience. Bar knowledge desirable.

Some wine knowledge desireable.

Experience in hotel F&B operations desireable.

Understanding of catering costs, GP and labour control.
