Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations
  • Be visible in the operation
  • Provide recognition
  • Promote good public relations
  • Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients and group contacts
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory and cash control
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant
