DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Leadership & Team Management

• Lead the overall Singapore retail operations structure and store network.
• Manage and develop the Retail Store Operations Lead and Retail Store Performance Lead.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to strengthen store management capability.
• Foster strong collaboration between operations and commercial performance functions.
• Build a high-performance and customer-centric retail culture.

Retail Operations Management

• Conduct regular weekly store visits to ensure operational excellence, identify business opportunities, and provide on-ground coaching to store leadership teams.
• Ensure smooth and consistent execution of retail operations across all Singapore stores.
• Oversee implementation of SOPs, operational policies, and retail standards.
